Capy Merge is developed by Broach Creative Tech. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

If you create an account, we collect:

• Email address — used to create and manage your account
• Username — displayed on the leaderboard
• Game scores — saved to your account

Guest players can play without an account. No personal information is collected from guests.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and restore your session
• To save and display your high scores
• To send a password reset email if you request one

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Data Storage

Account data is stored securely via Supabase. Game preferences (sound and vibration settings) are stored locally on your device only.

Third Parties

We do not share your information with third parties. We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

Data Retention & Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will delete your data within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Capy Merge is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
